TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Swadlincote that is looking to appoint a dedicated EYFS Teacher. The school provides a supportive learning environment where children are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning.

The school is looking for a full-time EYFS Teacher to take responsibility for a class of 28 children from Immediate Start until Christmas, with the potential for the role to continue until the end of the academic year. The successful EYFS Teacher will undertake full teacher responsibilities, including planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessment, classroom management and supporting the academic and personal development of every child.

The successful EYFS Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within an EYFS setting
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
• Experience with planning, assessment and tracking pupil progress
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A positive, adaptable and engaging approach to teaching
