Do you have experience in mentoring, coaching, youth work, care, or support roles and want to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable pupils? A number of welcoming and inclusive schools across Bradford are seeking dedicated Graduate Behaviour Mentors to join their teams in full-time, long-term positions from September 2026. About the Role As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support to access learning and achieve success in school. Supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, you will build positive relationships that promote engagement, confidence, and personal development.
