SEN Teacher - Primary & Secondary Ealing, West London | Specialist SEN School | Full-Time | Long-Term Are you an experienced SEN Teacher looking for a long-term opportunity within a specialist setting? A well-established specialist SEN school in Ealing, West London is seeking experienced Teachers to join its Primary and Secondary provisions on a full-time, long-term basis. The school supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, with a particular focus on SEMH, Autism, communication needs and pupils who may have experienced disrupted education or exclusion from mainstream settings. Many pupils require a highly individualised approach to learning, alongside consistent routines, strong relationships and clear emotional and behavioural support. Classes are small, allowing teachers and support staff to build strong relationships with pupils and deliver learning around individual starting points, EHCP outcomes and personal development needs. Previous specialist SEN experience is highly desirable, although strong mainstream teachers with significant experience of supporting pupils with additional needs will also be considered.
