This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Production Operative, Picker Packer, or Packing Operative.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Any 5 days from 7
• 4:00am to 11:00am (earliest finish)

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a Parcel Sorter, you will work:

• General production and packing duties
• Ensuring all packing meets company quality standards
• Conducting quality checks of products
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace
• Being punctual, reliable, and committed to team success

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Parcel Sorter, you will need:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Clear communication skills

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience in production, picking, or packing
• Basic computer skills
• A valid driving licence (recommended due to early start times and site access)

Training:

• Full on-site training provided
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment
