About The Role?

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

-          Play a vital role in supporting children to reach their full potential in a mainstream primary school setting.

-          Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to pupils in the classroom.

-          Encourage children's learning, confidence, and overall development.

-          Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

-          Support pupils with a range of learning needs to achieve their individual goals.

-          Be part of a dedicated team making a meaningful difference to children's education every day.

About You?

We are looking for LSA’s who:

-          An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

-          A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

-          Confidence to support pupils both one-to-one and in small groups.

-          A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to supporting children.

-          Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
