GCSE Intervention Support – Liverpool

Location: Liverpool
Start Date: ASAP 

Milk Education is seeking a committed and proactive GCSE Intervention Support professional to join a supportive secondary school in Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone passionate about raising attainment and helping students reach their full potential across core GCSE subjects.

About the Role

  • Provide targeted intervention sessions for students in Key Stage 4
  • Support learners with Maths, English, and/or Science GCSE preparation
  • Work 1:1 and with small groups to close learning gaps
  • Track progress and work closely with teaching staff to plan supportive strategies
  • Encourage confidence, motivation, and positive study habits
  • Assist with classroom learning when required

Essential Requirements

  • UK-based experience supporting students at GCSE level
  • Strong understanding of the KS4 curriculum
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with students
  • A passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning
