As a Night shift Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, sorting and scanning of parcels into cages/collars.

This is a great Temp-to-Perm opportunity with a successful 12-week service period, offering competitive rates of pay starting at £13.53 per hour.

The operation is open 6 days a week, from Sunday - Friday. You would be required to work a minimum of 32-40 hours per week so this is a Full-time vacancy with fixed shifts been offered and a view to go permanent with the client after 12 weeks service.

This role is physically demanding

A Night Shift Warehouse Operative's rate of pay is as follows:

-        £13.53 per hour increasing to £14.23 after 12 weeks service

-        Shifts usually start between 22:00 and 23:59

Your duties as a Night shift Warehouse Operative will include:

-        Unloading parcels from a trailer

-        Placing parcels onto a conveyor belt

-        Scanning and sorting of parcels with handling/lifting of items of all sizes and weight

-        Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team

-        Ensure scanning with the use of the handheld terminal is completed accurately

-        Accurate completion of any relevant paperwork

-        Keeping work areas clean and tidy
