Role Overview

Milk Education is recruiting a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming, two‑form entry primary school in the L4 area of Liverpool. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a supportive school environment.

You will take responsibility for a KS1 class, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.


Classroom & School Support

  • Two‑form entry primary school
  • Experienced Classroom Teaching Assistant in place
  • Additional SEN Teaching Assistant support
  • Collaborative and inclusive school environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEN
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑structured classroom environment
  • Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment and reporting
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, SENCO, and senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome to apply
  • Experience teaching within KS1
  • SEN experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
