Paint Shop Operative – Buckley

**Location:** Buckley
**Pay Rate:** £13.00 per hour
**Hours:** Monday to Friday – Days | 40 hours per week

Hexagon Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Paint Shop Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Buckley.

The Role

Working within the paint shop department, your duties will include:

* Preparing windows and components for painting
* Spraying and finishing products to a high standard
* Sanding and surface preparation
* Assisting with assembly work when required
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience working within a paint shop environment
* Experience with prepping, sanding, and spraying techniques
* A good eye for detail and quality
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
