The Results People are recruiting Team Leaders to join a busy food production site in St Helens.

We are recruiting experienced Team Leaders to join a well-established food production company in St Helens. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the production line, ensuring productivity, quality, and health & safety standards are consistently achieved while leading and motivating your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operatives.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where required.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Ensure production paperwork is completed accurately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime.

Requirements

• Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience within a food production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude.

Working Days

Monday to Friday

Shift Options & Pay Rates

• AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm – £14.64 per hour
• PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm – £16.40 per hour
• Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am – £17.56 per hour
