The successful Early Years Teacher will work within a well-established EYFS setting, delivering engaging and child-centred learning experiences that promote curiosity, independence and a lifelong love of learning. The school is recognised for its inclusive ethos, commitment to high standards and outstanding Early Years provision, where play-based learning and exploration are central to children's development.
The Role:
Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences across the Early Years Foundation Stage
Working as an Early Years Teacher to create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
Supporting children's development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
Encouraging communication, language, social and emotional development through play-based learning
Monitoring, assessing and recording children's progress effectively
Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's development
Creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive
Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider Early Years team
The Ideal Candidate:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within Nursery or Reception
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
Passion for child-led learning and early childhood development
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to create engaging and imaginative learning opportunities
ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
