Are you passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning? Milk Education is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Sheffield this September.

Your Role

  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

  • Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.

  • Assist the class teacher with engaging lessons and classroom activities.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and participation.

  • Support children with additional learning needs where required.

  • Promote positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment.

We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience supporting children in a school or similar setting.

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • A patient, proactive and positive attitude.

  • A genuine passion for primary education.
