We are working with a forward-thinking training practice in Mansfield who are looking to welcome an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to their established team.

The Opportunity

You will join a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team and will have the opportunity to run your own clinics while working closely with GPs, ANPs, HCAs and the wider practice team.

The role will involve a varied mix of clinical responsibilities, including:

• Chronic disease management

• Diabetes, asthma and COPD reviews

• Health checks and preventative healthcare

• Child and adult immunisations

• Cervical screening

• Wound care and treatment room procedures

• Venepuncture

• ECGs

• Ear care

• Travel health

• Patient education and lifestyle advice

• Supporting the wider clinical team

There will also be scope to develop your own areas of clinical interest, with support available to expand your clinical competencies.

About You

We are looking for a Practice Nurse who is:

• NMC Registered

• Experienced within primary care or general practice

• Confident managing chronic disease clinics

• Competent across a range of treatment room procedures

• Comfortable working autonomously

• A strong communicator and team player

• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care

• Keen to continue learning and develop their clinical career
