Masstemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a well-established and busy manufacturing company based near the Oldbury area.

THE ROLE

• Assemble parts using hand/power tools
• Machine Operating on power press machines, press machines
• Inspect and assess products for defects or imperfections.
• Experience in inventory control & WMS Systems to allocate, book and ship parts
• Record and report all product discrepancies, defects

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in manufacturing manufacturing industry (1-3 years preferred).
• Experience in using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication, teamwork skills and a keen eye for detail

HOURS OF WORK

Monday – Thursday

07.30am - 16.30pm

Friday

07:30am – 15:00pm

(39 hours per week, overtime paid at time and a half!)

Pay Rate

£12.71ph
