We are seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join an exciting new hospitality opening in Amsterdam.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to develop their skills within a professional kitchen environment. Working alongside experienced chefs, you will support daily operations, maintain high standards, and contribute to delivering quality food experiences.

What you'll do

• Support the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team during preparation and service.
• Prepare and cook dishes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Set up and manage your workstation efficiently.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
• Support smooth service flow and teamwork across the kitchen.
• Assist with stock control and waste reduction.

Who you are

• Culinary training or previous professional kitchen experience.
• Around 1–3 years’ experience in a kitchen environment.
• Passionate about cooking and eager to develop your skills.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure.
• A positive team player with a hands-on attitude.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
