The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils within the classroom, work with individuals and small groups, and assist the class teacher with delivering engaging learning activities. You will help create a positive and inclusive environment where pupils feel supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The successful Teaching Assistant will:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have experience working with children in a school setting
• Provide classroom, small-group and one-to-one support
• Assist pupils with their academic, social and emotional development
• Demonstrate strong behaviour-management skills
• Be patient, reliable and adaptable
• Work effectively alongside teachers and other support staff
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding procedures
