The school is looking to appoint a Secondary Learning Support Assistant on either a day-to-day or long-term basis from September. The successful Secondary Learning Support Assistant will support teaching and learning across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, working closely with class teachers to provide targeted classroom support, encourage student engagement and promote positive learning outcomes.

The successful Secondary Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working within a UK Secondary School

• Experience supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, proactive and flexible approach

• The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff

• A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential
