We're looking for an ambitious Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for a growing food and hospitality business. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a portfolio of innovative consumer brands while playing a key role in the company's growth. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will define and execute the overall marketing vision, building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement and driving revenue across retail, hospitality and digital channels.

The Role

As Head of Marketing, you will combine strategic leadership with hands on execution, leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns while inspiring a marketing function. You will oversee multiple consumer brands, ensuring each has a clear market position, compelling customer proposition and consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy across a portfolio of consumer food and hospitality brands
• Lead brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and brand loyalty through innovative marketing campaigns
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, PR, content, CRM, partnerships and influencer activity
• Lead new product launches and support the introduction of new retail and hospitality concepts
• Develop creative campaigns that increase brand awareness and commercial performance
• Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment
• Measure campaign performance using data and customer insights to optimise activity
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with wider business objectives
• Build, lead and develop a high performing marketing team and external agency partners

Experience:

• We're looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building brands with purpose
• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, such as Head of Marketing or Marketing Director
• Experience within food, hospitality, retail, FMCG or consumer brands
• A strong track record of developing and growing customer facing brands
• Expertise across brand, digital marketing, PR, social media, CRM and content
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable business growth
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• A creative mindset supported by a data-driven approach to decision making
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on delivery in a fast paced environment
