Excellent Opportunity in Luxury Hotel - Live in available 

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Bristol for a Chef de Partie to work in their luxury Country Hotel & Restaurant. You will assist the head chef in serving fresh food to the highest standard as the client has a 2AA awarded restaurant.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the multi AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredient
• Preparing meals for both the fine dining restaurant, all day dining, afternoon teas and functions/banqueting
• Strong Management skills

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie 
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working in a AA rosette or higher level kitchen
• Looking for career move
