Met Logistics are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable HGV class 1 drivers, for our customer based in Wolverhampton. This is a temp to perm role, with immediate starts available. 

What We Offer:

  • Pay rate: £19.16 per hour
  • 12 Week Temp - Perm
  • Start time - 1800
  • 9 Hour shifts. 45 Hour week.
  • Variety of Work: Class 1 trunking and shunting work

Job Details:

  • Safely operate a tug unit with 40ft and 44ft trailers for onsite shunting and trailer movement.
  • Transport trailers to and from hubs and lorry parks, following all road and transport regulations.
  • Secure loads by ensuring safety straps/nets are utilised as required.
  • Safely couple and de-couple trailers

What You Need:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (Category C+E), held for at least 2 years
  • Valid Tachograph & CPC Card
  • A professional, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
