We're recruiting on behalf of a leading national business investing in the future of renewable energy. As part of a brand-new residential Solar PV division, you'll have the opportunity to join from the very beginning, helping to build a high-performing installation team while enjoying the stability and career prospects of an established employer.

The Role

Working within a 2-3 person installation crew, you'll install residential Solar PV systems on customers' homes, ensuring every installation is completed safely, professionally and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing roof mounting systems and Solar PV panels on domestic properties

• Preparing roofs, including tile removal and replacement where required

• Working safely at height using appropriate fall protection equipment

• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Assisting electrical colleagues by preparing cable routes and positioning equipment

• Carrying out site safety checks and maintaining a clean working environment

• Completing installations within agreed timescales while maintaining excellent quality

• Treating customers' homes with care and delivering exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous Solar PV installation experience

✔ Roofing experience

✔ CSCS Card

✔ Working at Height certification

✔ Experience using hand and power tools

✔ Full UK Driving Licence

✔ Strong understanding of health and safety

✔ Reliable team player with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
