Your Responsibilities

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs
• Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions
• Help students develop emotional regulation and social skills
• Support learning both inside and outside the classroom
• Work closely with teachers to implement support plans
• Monitor student progress and wellbeing
• Build positive and trusting relationships with vulnerable learners

Who We're Looking For

The ideal Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant will possess:

• A 2:1 degree or above in Psychology
• A genuine interest in SEN and child development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence
• Resilience, patience, and a proactive mindset

Previous school experience is welcomed but not essential.
