The Opportunity Maths Trainee Teacher

As a Maths Trainee Teacher, you will join a successful Mathematics department and undertake a structured programme of training, mentoring and classroom experience. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will gradually develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required to become an outstanding classroom teacher.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will achieve both QTS and PGCE status and be well-positioned to progress into a permanent teaching role.

Candidate Requirements Maths Trainee Teacher

• A 1st Class or 2:1 degree in Mathematics
• Strong A-Level and GCSE qualifications, aligned with their degree subject
• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
