A well-established fastener manufacturing company based in the WV13 area is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter to join their growing team.

The Role

• Programming and setting CNC machines
• Producing high-quality precision fasteners/components
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Adjusting tooling and offsets
• Carrying out quality checks and maintaining production standards
• Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Previous CNC programming and setting experience
• Experience within fasteners, precision engineering, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work from technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and motivated attitude
