The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting students across a range of subjects, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensuring all students are fully supported to achieve success. You will work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff and the SEND team, supporting students both in mainstream classrooms and small group interventions. This role is particularly suited to individuals with experience of working with young people, those interested in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or English as an Additional Language (EAL), as well as graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy or wider education-based professions.
