About the Role:


As a STEM Graduate Unqualified Teacher, you will take on full classroom responsibilities, delivering lessons across your subject specialism at KS3 and KS4, with potential exposure to KS5. You’ll be supported by experienced teachers and SLT while developing the core skills needed to become an outstanding educator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging STEM lessons (Maths, Science, or Computer Science)
  • Support students in achieving grades 5–9 at GCSE and strong A-Level outcomes
  • Use data to monitor progress and drive attainment
  • Create a focused, engaging, and high-expectation classroom environment
  • Collaborate with a high-performing STEM department

What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2:1 or First-Class degree in a STEM subject (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Strong academic background and subject knowledge
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead a classroom
  • A genuine ambition to train as a teacher in 2027
  • Resilient, driven, and enthusiastic mindset
