About the role

As a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support classroom learning across KS3-4
• Providing small group and 1:1 intervention to raise attainment
• Assist with lesson preparation and resource management
• Help monitor student progress and engagement and provide feedback to teachers
• Encourage an inclusive culture of resilience and ambition

What are we looking for?

• 2:1 degree or higher in English or a related subject from a leading university
• A passion for education and working with young people
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
