A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional HR Advisor to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation passionate about healthcare. This is a varied and rewarding generalist role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced HR team and is confident supporting people processes, policy development, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on a range of HR queries including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and wellbeing

• Guide and support managers during procedural hearings and investigations

• Development and delivery of internal HR training sessions

• Own and support HR-related projects aligned with business growth and change

• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

• Monitor employee records and manage vetting, DBS, and professional registration checks

• Oversee maternity, paternity, and sickness absence processes

• Draft and issue contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence

• Maintain high standards in line with ACAS and CIPD Codes of Conduct

Skills and Experience Required

• CIPD qualified with minimum 1 year in an HR Advisor role or 5 years HR Advisor experience

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice

• Experience handling employee relations and managing casework

• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills

• Confident and comfortable delivering training sessions 

• Highly organised with attention to detail and strong IT literacy
