A high volume manufacturer in Trafford park are seeking a semi skilled Technical Operator to work highly attractive 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday shift.

Reporting in to the Site Production/ operations Manager this position offers training and development from day one. This is a new position within a new site providing tonnes of future opportunities. If you would like to work in a new, highly automated and state of the art facility then look no further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor process parameters and adjust controls to maintain quality and efficiency
• Complete routine checks, data logging, and quality assurance tasks
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Report process deviations, equipment faults, or incidents promptly
• Work collaboratively with the production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement
• Participate in training and ongoing development programmes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an FMCG, manufacturing, or process industry
• Strong awareness of health & safety and environmental standards
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work to high quality standards
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ideally you will have a n understanding in mechanical engineering.
