The Role – Graduate Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across a range of subjects, working closely with class teachers to reinforce learning and raise attainment. Your role will involve a mix of in-class support, small-group interventions, and occasional 1:1 academic mentoring, particularly for pupils who require additional guidance to stay on track.

You’ll help pupils build confidence, improve engagement, and develop effective study habits, while gaining valuable insight into lesson delivery, behaviour management, and classroom dynamics.
