Planning Support Officer – Barnsley

Location: Barnsley Town Centre

Salary: £14.25 - £14.82 per hour

Full Time – Monday to Friday – 37 hours – 8am to 4pm

Contract: Six Month Contract – Possibly Beyond

Using works Management /Dynamic Resource scheduling systems. Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment

Initially role is to support the team with;

• Running job queues and booking repair appointments with customers in workers diaries
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Relief Planner support
• Call Handling
