Leading Newcastle based Law Firm looking to recruit an experienced Criminal legal Secretary. Tis role is pivotal in supporting the firms Criminal Law Solicitors. 

Main Responsibilities:-

• Administrative Support: Managing diaries, audio typing, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient time management for solicitors.
• Document Preparation: Typing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Case Management: Assisting with file management, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with clients, courts, police and other third parties.
• Communication: Handling calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
• Team Coordination: Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks and ensuring operational efficiency.
