Location: Paddock Wood

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating 4-week schedule:
  • 07:00 - 15:00 (first 4 weeks)
  • 14:00 - 22:00 (second 4 weeks)

Salary:

• £26,000 per annum

Role Overview:

KPI Recruiting is seeking a proactive and organized Administrator for our client in Paddock Wood. The successful candidate will support warehouse operations through effective administrative tasks and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in meetings and stay updated on business activities.
• Support new team members during onboarding.
• Assist team members to achieve collective goals.
• Manage workload flexibly and ensure task completion.
• Review and improve processes for efficiency.
• Engage in performance development with the line manager.
• Meet internal customer needs and deliver accurate results on time.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Handle privileged information discreetly.
• Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Planners.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as an Administrator.
• Strong individual and team working skills.
