Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Working alongside experienced Early Years practitioners, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding childcare while supporting children through the crucial stages of their early development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality childcare and learning experiences.
• Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and educational development.
• Help create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
• Encourage children's curiosity through play-based learning.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards across the nursery.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements at all times.
• Contribute towards observations and learning journeys where appropriate.

Candidate Requirements

• A full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential.
• Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Passionate about supporting young children's development.
• Reliable, positive, and professional approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
