CAD/BIM Co-ordinator

Location: Liverpool Street, London (Office-Based)
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced CAD/BIM Co-ordinator to join a growing team based near Liverpool Street, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong MEP background, coming from either a CAD or BIM discipline, to play a key role in coordinating technical drawings and models across building services projects.

The Role

• Coordinate CAD drawings and BIM models across MEP projects.

• Work closely with project teams to ensure drawings and models are accurate and aligned with project requirements.

• Support effective coordination between mechanical, electrical and public health services.

• Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.

• Maintain high standards of drawing quality, accuracy and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a CAD or BIM Co-ordinator role.

• Essential: MEP building services experience.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical services coordination.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

• Comfortable working in an office-based environment in Liverpool Street, London.
