We’re Hiring: French-Speaking Telesales Executive

Salary: £12.71–£14.00 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday in the office, Friday working from home

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated French-speaking Telesales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a native French speaker with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the confidence to engage with customers over the phone.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working towards sales targets, with the added benefit of working from home on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Communicate confidently and professionally in French.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and generate new business.
• Follow up on leads and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

About You

• Native French speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
• Previous telesales or customer service experience is desirable.
