Customer Service Advisor

Location: Solihull
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Contract: Rolling Contract

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and growing team based in a modern office environment in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is confident managing a high volume of inbound enquiries.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service while ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities - Customer Service Advisor

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Accurately update customer information and maintain records.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating where required.
• Provide customers with product, service, and account information.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service level targets are met.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.

Experience & Qualifications - Customer Service Advisor

• Previous experience within a customer service, call centre, or contact centre environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident handling high call volumes and working under pressure.
• Good IT skills, including experience using CRM or customer management systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first approach.
