We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, working closely with engineers, managers, and equipment manufacturers to ensure every enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a customer-first approach.

๐Ÿ’ผ What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by managing customer calls, emails, and enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
  • Managing priorities effectively, ensuring requests are handled within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual deadlines.
  • Preparing and following up on quotations, keeping customers informed and ensuring nothing gets missed.
  • Keeping customers updated on job progress, outstanding quotations, and any changes or delays.
  • Liaising with manufacturers (OEMs) to obtain warranty approvals and support the resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records by updating customer information, job details, and relevant documentation within Salesforce.
  • Handling escalations professionally, finding fair and effective solutions while knowing when to involve management.
  • Working collaboratively with engineers, colleagues, and managers to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Taking a proactive approach to managing your workload, anticipating potential issues, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

๐Ÿ‘€ What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent service and thrives on making customers feel valued and supported.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or handling customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with customers and engineers daily.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system (desirable).
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Don't have experience with Salesforce? No problem! Experience with a similar system is beneficial, but a willingness to learn and the right attitude are just as important.
