KPI Education is working with an established provider in Hereford to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Hair & Beauty Teacher / Assessor. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Hair & Beauty professional who combines strong industry knowledge with a passion for teaching, assessing and supporting young people who may have struggled within mainstream education. We're looking for someone who can bring Hair & Beauty to life through practical learning, while providing the guidance, encouragement and consistency learners need to succeed. The RoleAs a Hair & Beauty Teacher / Assessor, you'll deliver engaging vocational sessions, assess learners against relevant qualification standards and support students in developing the practical skills, confidence and employability skills they need for their next steps. About you
Previous teaching, training or assessing experience is highly desirable. Experience working with young people who have additional needs, behavioural challenges or barriers to mainstream education would also be advantageous. Most importantly, you'll be approachable, encouraging and committed to helping every learner make progress.
