💙 SEMH Tutor NeededWarrington & Surrounding Areas | £25–£32 per hour DOE | Flexible Hours | Term-Time Only Are you an experienced teacher or tutor who enjoys building positive relationships with young people who need a different approach to learning? Let's Educate are looking for dedicated tutors to provide 1-1 personalised tuition to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them re-engage with education, build confidence and make meaningful progress. This role is about much more than delivering lessons, it's about understanding the individual pupil, building trust and creating a safe and positive learning environment. 📚 The RoleYou'll provide personalised tuition in a core subject of Maths, English or Science, adapting your teaching to the pupil's individual needs, abilities and interests. Tuition may take place in the pupil's home, school or a suitable community setting, depending on the individual placement. You will be confident in understanding and supporting pupils with a range of SEMH needs and helping them to build a positive relationship with education. You'll need to be confident adapting your approach and working at the pupil's pace, particularly where anxiety, low confidence, school avoidance or other SEMH needs may present barriers to learning. 💙 We're Looking For Someone Who:
