Westin Par is recruiting a Business Operations Manager for a growing professional

services organisation based in Sandwich, Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager, Office Manager,

Practice Manager, Business Support Manager or Administration Manager looking to play

a pivotal role within a successful and expanding business.

The successful candidate will become the central operational hub of the organisation,

ensuring consultant schedules, client services, administration, quotations, reporting

and business processes run smoothly and efficiently.

The role is office-based in East Kent and offers the opportunity to become a key part of a

growing business where you can genuinely influence operations, systems and future

development.

The Role

• Manage consultant schedules, site visits, audits and training bookings.
• Coordinate resources, workloads and operational priorities.
• Produce quotations and support client onboarding activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational and client enquiries.
• Monitor timesheets, utilisation and operational reporting.
• Support invoicing, administration and document control processes.
• Manage office systems, supplier relationships and business workflows.
• Assist with accreditations, tenders and compliance administration.
• Oversee and support administrative resources and ensure operational responsibilities, timesheets, systems and internal processes are completed to required standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Business Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Office Manager, Practice Manager or Business Support Manager role.
• Strong organisational, planning and administration skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational activity.

Desirable Experience

• Professional services, consultancy or compliance environments.
• Quotation, proposal or tender administration.
• CRM, scheduling or business management systems.
• PQQs, accreditations or contract administration.
• Reporting, invoicing or operational performance monitoring.
• Health & Safety administration or compliance experience.

Package

• Salary circa £40,000.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
• 28 days' annual leave inclusive of bank/public holidays.
