TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Derby that is looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teacher to join their team. The school is committed to providing a positive learning environment where pupils are supported to develop their confidence and make progress.

The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher on a part-time, short-term basis, working three days per week from ASAP until May. The successful Primary Teacher will provide PPA cover across Upper Key Stage 2 / KS2, delivering planned lessons, managing the classroom effectively and ensuring continuity of learning across the classes they support.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Experience teaching across Upper Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• An adaptable and confident approach to teaching
