TeacherActive is proud to be working with a primary school in Scunthorpe that is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant. The school is seeking a resilient and committed individual who can provide a positive and supportive environment for children throughout the school day.

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a long-term, full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will support children who may display challenging behaviours, helping them to engage with their learning while providing consistent support and maintaining clear boundaries.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting
• Experience supporting children who may display challenging behaviours
• A resilient and patient approach
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive and adaptable attitude
