Account Manager - Tewkesbury

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our well-established client based in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £15.40 per hour, Monday to Friday working, weekly pay and genuine career progression within a growing and ambitious business.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects from inception to completion, liaising with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time.

This would suit applicants who have worked as an Account Co-ordinator, Project Co-ordinator or Project Manager.

Rates of Pay:

• £15.40 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am to 5:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as an Account Manager are:

• Managing client accounts and building strong customer relationships
• Liaising with key suppliers to ensure projects are delivered successfully
• Negotiating product specifications, quantities and costs with suppliers
• Communicating with design teams throughout each project
• Managing bespoke products and projects from start to finish
• Liaising with transport and warehouse departments to ensure successful project delivery
• Supporting business development and project management activities
• Managing and developing existing client relationships
• Attending client meetings to discuss new and existing projects
• Providing accurate feedback to production and project teams
• Completing client service reviews
• Reporting figures and working towards achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs

Essential Skills:

To be successful as an Account Manager, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of manufacturing or production environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Business development or client-facing experience would be advantageous
