Graduate Pastoral & Behaviour Mentor Wolverhampton | Full-Time | £20,000-£25,000 Help young people find their confidence and their direction Are you a graduate who wants to do something meaningful with your degree and make a positive impact on young people's lives? Do you have the confidence, patience and resilience to support students who may face challenges with behaviour, attendance or engagement? We are working with a supportive secondary school in Wolverhampton who are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Pastoral & Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within education while developing the skills needed for a future career in teaching, pastoral care, youth work, psychology or SEND. The Role You'll work closely with students who need additional encouragement and guidance to engage positively with school. Whether you're helping a student manage their behaviour, rebuild their confidence or simply providing a consistent adult presence during the school day, you'll play an important role in helping young people overcome barriers to learning. Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential. Experience in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, volunteering, youth work or similar settings would be advantageous, but we're also interested in graduates who can demonstrate the right attitude, personality and commitment to supporting students.
