Recruit4staff are representing a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Production Operative to work in Wrexham

Job Details:

• Pay: £13.72 per hour
• Hours of Work: Rotating shifts Monday–Friday 12pm–8pm / 2pm–10pm
• Duration: Temp to Perm

Job Role: As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the coating of lenses within a busy manufacturing environment. The Production Operative role involves 20% machine operation and 80% manual tasks, including detailed inspection work to ensure high-quality output. You will carry out basic maintenance and calibration of machinery, while strictly adhering to site regulations and GMP standards.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with manufacturing machinery
• Technically minded with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
• Strong work ethic with a stable work history
• High level of dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with regulations as a Production Operative

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Previous experience working with glass or coating processes in a Production Operative environment

Additional Information

• Working within a clean and regulated manufacturing setting
