Operations Manager – Growing Hospitality Group - Kent - £65,000

We are recruiting an experienced Multi-Site General Manager to oversee two successful, high-profile hospitality venues in Canterbury, with exciting plans to grow and roll out the business further.

The portfolio includes a vibrant restaurant, bar and late-night venue alongside a stylish kitchen and bar. Together, the sites generate High annual turnover and employ a large team.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the day-to-day running of both businesses. The successful candidate will take genuine operational ownership, allowing the owner to step away from daily management and focus on the group’s future expansion.

The role:

• Take complete day-to-day responsibility for both venues
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 50 employees
• Manage sales, labour, stock, budgets and overall profitability
• Support and develop the management teams at each site
• Maintain excellent standards across food, drink, service and atmosphere
• Drive revenue through events, late-night trade, local marketing and guest engagement
• Introduce strong systems, structure and accountability across the business
• Work closely with the owner on future openings and the wider rollout strategy

About you:

• An experienced General Manager, Cluster Manager or Multi-Site Manager
• A strong background in high-volume restaurants, bars or late-night venues
• Proven experience managing substantial turnover and large teams
• Commercially sharp, with excellent knowledge of P&L, labour and cost control
• Confident taking full ownership without requiring constant direction
• A visible, energetic and people-focused leader
