HGV Class 1 Day and Night Drivers – Ongoing Work

The Results People is seeking reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 (Category CE) Day Drivers for a well-established transport operation in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term, ongoing work with consistent shifts and block bookings.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Completing local and nationwide general haulage deliveries.

• Operating curtain-side trailers with palletised goods.

• Very rare manual handling (minimal to no handballing).

Shift Details & Start Times

• Day Shifts: Start times between 04:00 and 08:00.

• Shift Types: Days and Nights available. 

• Guaranteed Work: Ongoing block bookings provided.

Pay Rates

• Days: £17.35 (inc.hol) per hour

• Nights: £19.05 (inc.hol) per hour

Requirements

• Licence: Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of Class 1 general haulage experience.

• Cards: Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
