Owen Payne Recruitment Services are thrilled to be recruiting for an experienced General Factory Operative, on behalf of our prestigious client based in Oldbury (B69) area.

Candidates MUST have previous experience within the last 12 months working in a steel manufacturing environment - Experience must be recent and directly relevant. 

Duties:

• Picking, Packing and Wrapping Goods 
• Banding Steel together 
• General Housekeeping
• Removal and disposal of all scrap/coil ends into identified areas or bins
• Ensure finished goods are correctly stored
• Quality Checking 
• Machine Operating
• Carry out any other duties commensurate with your job duties

Shifts: 

• Afternoons - Monday to Friday 
• 14:00 till 23:00 (M-T) & 14:00 till 17:30 (F) 

Rate of pay:

• Afternoons - £14.79 per hour
• Overtime rates available
