The Role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service, strong team performance and an outstanding guest experience.

The role will include:

• Leading and motivating the restaurant team

• Maintaining exceptional service standards

• Managing stock and minimising wastage

• Working within budgets and financial targets

• Controlling costs and driving revenue

• Training and developing the team

• Delivering food and wine training

• Maintaining high standards of presentation and service

• Supporting the continued growth of the restaurant

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years’ restaurant management experience

• Experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel

• Excellent food and wine knowledge

• Strong commercial awareness

• Experience managing stock, budgets and costs

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• A passion for exceptional customer service

• A hands-on and professional approach

• The ambition to take the restaurant to the next level
